Founded in 1984, Manohar Chowdhry & Associates (MCA) is firm of Chartered Accountants with more than four decades of track record of serving businesses, entrepreneurs and institutions through every stage of their growth journey. From its roots in South India, the firm has grown into a multi-office practice across India supporting clients with both domestic and cross-border requirements.

OUR History
1984 to 1994
Founded in 1984 in Chennai as a proprietory firm by late Shri T.N. Manoharan, the firm was converted into a partnership in 1994 with the induction of Mr K. S. Yoganandh as the first partner.
1995 to 2005
New branches set up in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mangaluru & Vizag & expansion of Chennai office with addition of new partners.
2006 to 2016
New branches set up in Madurai, Kochi, Gurugram, Mumbai, Coimbatore & Vijayawada and expansion of Bengaluru, Gurugram & Chennai offices with addition of new partners.
2017 to 2026
New branch set up in Tiruchirappalli. Demise of founder partner in 2025 and addition of 7 young partners in July 2025 taking total number of partners to 31.
